This was so not the PopEyes I grew up loving. ... Service was quick, food was served quickly. However, the Rice and Beans was bland and such a tiny serving size. The chicken while moist and spicy. It had zero flavor on any level. I had the 3 piece Combo here " 14 bucks " and some change. Really let down by what this brand use to offer compared to what theyve became, even thr biscuit seemed smaller from days gone by.
