Bad customer service at the Popeyes on Little York. The employee named Hazel was very unhelpful and rude. She kept rushing me and getting frustrated because I didn’t have my order number ready. I tried showing her the app and explaining, but she ignored me. When I asked for more honey, she just snapped, “It’s in the bag,” instead of helping.
