Every time I go to this location something goes wrong either with my order or with the very, very rude person at the drive thru. If she doesn't like her job and can't give good customer service she try a different job. I will never go to this location again. I like Popeye's chicken but I will be buying from other location even those this is the closest to my home.

I ordered online and I ordered the new Hot Ones Chicken Sandwich among other things. When I got there to pick my order up, I was told that the sandwich was no longer available. Even though it was advertised all over the place. I asked the manager if I could have a refund for the sandwich and she chuckled and told me she didn’t feel like doing a refund for an online and offered me something else to replace it.
