I order my food on the app so it would be ready by the time I got there but it wasnt. I had to wait an additional 20 min that I couldn't afford to wait as I was taking lunch. No complaints about the food because that was fresh. The staff was ok. I probably won't be going there on my lunch in the future.
I had 2 issues here! I ordered the chicken wrap and they put one chicken leg instead the chicken wrap and the other one was they were out of fries so I had to order something else

Chicken was battered way too heavy, More batter the meat. Also Chicken was cooked in old oil and over cooked.
I ordered for a pick up and still had to wait 10 minutes because it wasn’t ready and when I tasted the mac n cheese it was bad and spoiled and just nasty. It looked old and been cooked a month ago. It tasted like trash and toilet. The chicken was not fresh and some soggy spots. I would never go back to this location at Barker Cypress and not sure if I ever want Popeyes chicken again. Extremely disappointed overall.
