If I could give zero stars, I would. There’s always something wrong at this Popeyes, but today was the last straw. I placed my order through the Popeyes app, arrived at the drive-thru, and gave my name. The employee asked me again at the window, then questioned whether I was even at the right location despite the app clearly showing I was. He brought out a printed kitchen receipt and asked what I ordered, even though the app order should’ve been on their system.
