My visit on 7/20/2026 was very disappointing. One employee (I don’t know her name, but she was a stud) was rude from the start. She tried not to give me the drink I paid for and said everything was in the bag, but my mom’s cheesecake was missing. When we returned, she argued instead of apologizing and claimed they were out of cheesecake. No one informed us it was unavailable or offered a replacement until the manager, Ms. Sharon, stepped in.
