I thought the lady was taking my order but when she went to the window on the left side and asked me if I was ready to order. The chicken was good, the mashed potatoes was ok, and biscuits were dry. I asked for a refill of Coca cola large but when refilled it tasted like something else.
Waited in line almost 20 minutes for an order we placed online 20 minutes prior to getting there.
Poor customer service almost every time at the drive thru window. I usually put a little bit of time in between my visits in hopes that they've gotten their act together with the customer service. I'm not paying for my food and a nasty attitude. Is this the best you all can do in hiring. Pay more and turn business around so that you all can be on par with Chick-Fil-A.
