Food is good, and place was clean. But they are slow in getting the food to you. Better than most Popeyes!
I went to the Kiosk to order the food and my still wasn’t ready. She didn’t even have it on her register. So I had to reorder and waited 23 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. The cashier was rude and I waited another 10 minutes before I left out waiting on the corporate number which she never gave to me. I got my money back. The service is terrible. Went to this Popeyes on Friday 9.19.25 around 8pm. Saw 2 huge rats by the yellow back door, running back and forth. I cancelled my drive thru order due to being disgusted. I informed the Hispanic lady working the drive to tell the manager and to not open the back door and she brushed it off and kept working. The rats were waiting at the back door until it opened. Do not eat here until they have it exterminated.
