Oh, where do I start took 30 minutes to even order. After I did order it took another 30 to order because the person taking my order was lost and didn’t know how to complete their job. When I FINALLY got to the window I was told to pull forward and the waited 25 more minutes and had to ask to get the drinks I never got.
Went this evening through the drive through and ended up not even ordering. The young man in the drive through tonight has no business working directly with customers. If I order something, I order it because I want it and I assure you, I can afford it! He was very rude and argumentative so I left. Will not go back would not recommend.
The level of incompetence at this location is mind blowing. Its such a simple job. Take an order properly, prepare an order properly, serve an order properly. It says a lot when they manage to get all three wrong. I ask for two, spicy #3's. She rings me up and charges me for two 3 pieces combos. I correct them and say two spicey #3's. They give me my order and its two #1's. Amazing.
