I’ve been coming to this Popeyes location for about five months now, and my experience has always been positive. My chicken is consistently fresh and on time, and even when I’ve had to wait, the staff has always been kind, apologetic, and kept me informed. I was shocked to read a review where someone openly admitted they felt “uncomfortable” and claims “reverse racism” but didn’t even place an order because of the number of Black people present. REVERSE RACISM THERE'S A RUMOR GOING AROUND HOT SPRINGS ARKANSAS THAT IF YOU'RE A CAUCASIAN CUSTOMER BUYING FOOD HERE THE EMPLOYEES WILL SPIT IN YOUR FOOD. IT MAKES SENSE BECAUSE THIS FAST FOOD RESTAURANT APPEARS AS THOUGH THEY'RE RACIST SENSE THE LAST TIME I WENT INTO THIS ESTABLISHMENT I SAW ABOUT 9 BLACK EMPLOYEES BUT NOT EVEN ONE WHITE EMPLOYEE. I was tired, I had driven a long way, and so I wanted some fast food. A better choice than Popeyes? How disappointed I was to be told that it was gonna take them 16 minutes to cook my spicy chicken. A tired, hungry, perhaps hangry person doesn’t wanna wait 16 minutes for fast food to cook. Sorry.
Ive been to this location 3 times and each time I never get what I ask for , always missing something and I have to turn around and go back. Not this time I just wont go to that location anymore.
