The only thing I hate about this Popeyes is having to ask a food server for the bathroom key. While serving food (he or She) will hand you a dirty old key for the bathroom. Then you give it back to them after your duty is done. but they keep right on serving the food. This needs board of heath level attention.
Placed an online order for 2 chicken sandwich combos. Paid for the order online. Drove the 15 minutes to pick up my order. Upon arrival I was told that they were out of the chicken sandwiches of any style. I said ok, I’d like my money back. The sandwiches are paid for. The manager would not return my money. She said I would have to go online and place a complaint. Are you kidding me !?!?!? Since when it okay to take money from your customers and not give them what they paid for! Still haven’t been refunded
