Disgusting! Went to get a drink and I see food all at the bottom of the machine. Definitely makes you wonder if it’s safe to drink. Asked the cashier to make my drink from behind the counter
UPDATE: I appreciate the response by corporate and have seen an improvement in service. Not sure if it’s a fluke but we’ll see. I improved my rating to 3 stars as service has been noticeably better. If their chicken wasn’t so good they’d go out of business because their ability to get supposed “fast food” out the door is beyond frustrating. I keep wishing Chick-Fil-a would buy them and implement their SOP. Wanna see an angry mob waiting 1/2 hour + during lunch break? Or dinner, or anytime.
