This was a popeyes I could go to because it was better than the other location close by. Within the past few months things have change from the service, to the quality of food to the wait time. Whether its me or someone in the my household who would order from the app in advance would still have to wait even longer for food. I have no idea what the hold up is. Highly disappointed. Drove 30 minutes because the website said they were open until 2am. Placed my order at 1104pm on the app. Popeyes accepted the order, took my money and I get there no one said anything at the drive thru window, pulled up to the window for the manager to tell me they closed at 11pm. So why are yall still accepting orders if the restaurant closes at 11pm. Horrible customer service!!! Had to argue with the manager to get my money back. I will be calling corporate!!!
