Very monotone when I called to ask if they could change the white meat to dark along with hung up right before I was about to ask another question. Will more then likely not come here or order from again.
This morning I had to run to the bathroom to throw up after eating spicy chicken strips that tasted and smelled rancid. Plus not to mention all the yelling coming from the management in the back at all the employees while I was there made for a terrible experience.
I dined in for lunch on 3/6/26 & oh my Lord what a BIG mistake. They were short staffed & the 2 Women at the Drive thru were doing all the work. It took me 10 minutes for them to have time to take my order & it took another 20 minutes to get it. When I finally did get it, the order was wrong. I ordered a Fish Sandwich extra tarter extra pickle & got one with a small amount of tarter & no pickle. I just ate it anyway to keep from getting more frustrated with the experience. Every single time I come into the restaurant at least 4 out of 5 times the big boss or main manager she is always yelling at the top of her lungs at her employees and other managers. The other day I was at the front counter getting my order taken by her and she tells me to hold on and then she turns around and yells at the employees and was extremely mean to them.
