Wanted to get a breast and two legs on this 3 for 5. Was told I couldn’t as it comes as it is? Then why does the signage say breasts are an upcharge if I can’t get them?

I would give zero stars to this restaurant. My husband ordered 3 meals online for pickup. When he got to the restaurant; they said they did not receive our order and would not make the food or give a refund for the order we had already payed for! They were extremely rude; unorganized; unprofessional and not helpful in the slightest. We searched complaints from the BBB website; and lots of people on there were saying this same thing has happened to them. We will definitely not be back! My first trip to Popeyes. I am just getting over the flu and was too weak to cook. I ordered a sandwich & coleslaw. When I got home (right behind the restaurant in Camelot) I found that the sandwich was as cold, and there was no fork or napkin in the bag. I had to heat my sandwich in the microwave. The slaw was not bad. I wasn't expecting to taste dill in the slaw. So the food is decent but pricey. Slaw is ok if you like dill. food was old and stale asked to wait 15 minutes, which is the crazy part to receive stale food. The portions as you can see in the pictures it was not even filled to the top. They were half empty the rice barely had any meat or Cajun sauce, just plain rice. The biscuits were steal only thing that was kind of fresh was the fries so I’m guessing that’s what we had to wait for you can tell that the chicken was sitting out.
