The food and service was not good as expected on my last visit. Did to-go and returned back once home to return a food item which was not good. Upon return was told it was picked late so food got bad. Not an excuse for that within 15mins of time.
Ordered online again for 5 pieces Leg & Thighs. Again, they said they only have Thigns, breast & wings. I said Thigns & breasts. They put in 2 thigns & 3 wings. I threw away the wings. This place is terrible now. Can't wait for Joilibee to open in Elk Grove. They will lose lots of bussiness when Joilibee comes to Elk Grove. Ordered 10 pieces Leg & Thigh. Go pick up. They said they don't have enough leg & thighs. Asked me to call corporate to canceled! Worst services

Best chicken sandwich if you’ve never had one. All locations. Also try their strawberry crème pies. Yo die for. Trust me!!!!!!
