Really disappointing experience. I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes while multiple employees looked right at me and didn’t acknowledge me at all—not even a “we’ll be right with you.” No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. It felt like customers just don’t matter here. After waiting and being completely ignored, I ended up leaving without ordering. Definitely not the kind of service you expect.

I just wanted to say that, first off, I never write bad reviews but what happened to me today here infuriated me so much that I needed to. During my 30 minute lunch break, I decided to come get food at Popeyes because there was no line. I repeat, NO LINE. No one is there besides me. I’m waiting for someone to take my order which is fine (I was waiting in line instead of using the kiosk because they give a mall employee discount that the kiosk does not give). I chose the 3-piece combo, and they gave me one wing and two back pieces of chicken. The taste was bad, and the fork was useless. Other Popeyes restaurants aren't well located, but they serve good portions and the food tastes good.

Can't believe I even tried this place. First time was not the charm. Service is sub-par. No flavor on the chicken, no refills on the drinks.Well, unless apparently, if you ask for a large, but nowhere is it noted that even if you get a large, there's a free refill. So bad flavour, bad service and no indicators just in general.If you're in the mall, choose another place
