(Mar. 2026) I stopped in a few days ago and ordered a single Spicy Chicken sandwich. It was late afternoon. The first bite was good (the edge) but the next bite had a very odd texture. I strongly suspect the chicken wasn't cooked adequately. The chicken seemed to "break" under your teeth rather than normal where your teeth slide through. I've ate chicken thousands of times and this was definitely bad. I wasn't going to risk getting sick, so the sandwich went into the trash. Disappointing! HAIR in the side dish i didn’t order. That’s disgusting. Long hair too. They have never given me the correct order & when I call for refund they just offer free meals. I don’t want to return for ✨food✨. I want my money back. Period. Can’t give less than 1.
This how they compensate for messing up your order and having you pay more for less food
The person who takes orders is absolutely rude and really takes the smile off a persons face. I told her their was no more ice in the pop machine and this girl just gave me a cup of ice ! other people also needed ice not just us! Also I ordered shrimp and they gave me a broken box with it. Service here sucks and never been to a fast food place and felt so irritated.. food good needs better costumer service tho and the fried pickles aren’t the greatest either
