Do NOT bother ordering through the app or waiting in line—there is a 100% chance they won't have your food and you'll be stuck waiting 45+ minutes for nothing! This has happened to me three out of three times. I work nearby and thought pre-ordering through the app would let me skip the drive-thru and just grab my food at the counter. WRONG! My experience at the restaurant wasn't great. I ordered ghost pepper wings but was served plain wings instead. Additionally, the chicken seemed dried out and old. I hope to see improvements in the future, as I was looking forward to a better meal.
I waited an hour in the drive thru line to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready but I couldn’t get to because of the cars in the line. No reason why this should take this long. This location needs to be closed
