The three young men who were working yesterday evening need to be fired. By far the worst service I've encountered at a restaurant.
I have had several horrible experiences at this location. Excessively long wait times up to 40 minutes even when ordering ahead. Food is clod and undercooked or items are missing. The customer service is poor and unhelpful. Reached out to Popeyes corporate customer service and it took them 5 days to respond. After 5 days they asked for a picture of my food and said if I couldn't send one they couldnt help. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused.
Best Popeyes location in Glen Allen hands down service is great restaurant is always clean always greeted with a smile and a welcome back my family and I eat here at least 3 times a weeks
