Mobile order was placed and not ready, which is ok. We were not greeted right away. The staff member placed my chicken wrap on the front counter to bag it and it was not wrapped up all the way. Wrong side was given. Asked for no pickles on chicken sandwhich and pickles were given. Food was cold. no ice in drink machine. Just overall poor experience.
Popeyes food itself is always good. However, I ordered a spicy sandwich with no pickles and checked the receipt which reflected the same. The sandwich came with extra pickles!!!
Girl in the drive thru gives amazing customer service, she needs to be recognized. Will be back again!
