They dont answer the phone. They took my gift card money then said it was declined... there's no way to talk to a human besides there email support team. Nd take 24-48 hours to respond... smh im pissed.
Waited in drive thru forever, would only take order from one car at a time, would not take another order till first cars order was filled and car left. Pieces of chicken very small and found a bug in mashed potatoes. No wonder reviews are so bad, wish I would have checked them first. Will never go again
