Don’t waste your time at this location. I scheduled an order for a specific time, pulled up to the drive thru right on time, and was asked to wait a moment… …nearly ten minutes later, after multiple cars reversed out of the drive thru, the employee finally asked for my order, then told me that the blackened chicken tenders would take an additional ten minutes, so 20+ minutes after the scheduled time. On 11/5/25 at approx. 8pm I entered the restaurant to place a takeout order. The young man helping me was having problems with the register so he asked for help from the manager. The manager a black female came from the kitchen area with a Chicken Wing in her mouth. Just when I thought I had seen everything, there was more. This was my second time having Popeyes. The sandwich was really good. Crispy but light. A nice sized piece of chicken. I didn't know it had mayonnaise which I generally don't eat but it worked on this sandwich. I liked the cajun fries, too. I would return for the food. The tables were clean but some of the other areas like decorative shelves were quite dirty.
I visited this Popeyes location today for the first time and I’m so glad that I did. Andrea was very upbeat, friendly, professional, and had excellent customer service. I wish I could have this type of experience every place I go. Thanks Taneisha
