I went to the drive thru to order my food with a coupon. I told the guy who was taking my order that I had a coupon to use. When I pulled up to the window, this lady came over with a bag of food and said “That is Yang.” She saw the name on the bag and assumed it was mine, just because I am Asian. Got a family meal and the chicken sandwich. All around best chicken, cooked perfect and great flavor, their chicken sandwich is always great.
I just moved here and this is the third time. This time my son came in today with a coupon of 21.99 and wanted to use it. But the lady there gave him an attitude and hard time. Came up to his face and said not to be difficult when trying to use the coupon. In the beginning, he told the other guy he wanna use the coupon. Same lady with bad customer service and no respect. Not coming back!!!
