I ordered a 12 piece meal and when I got home I only had 8 piece.. I called and they said they would give me my remaining 4 piece or can give me the difference for the meal. It sucks either way I have to drive back during traffic hour just to get what I ordered. Gas is not cheap! Now I have to go out of my way to get my money's worth and spend just as much in gas!!!!!!
This is the worst! We waited for almost an hour for our pick up order. Understaffed and slow. Never again
Super disappointed when to Popeye's walked in they were a little busy young gentleman behind the counter was very fast very organized very polite very enthusiastic really enjoyed my interactions with him however my chicken was horrible. Really sad to say that I hadn't been to Popeye's in years and was really looking forward to it. The chicken was cooked to temperature and was a bit juicy but the oil in the Friars clearly had not been changed in a couple days it was incredibly scorched like burnt oil the chicken wasn't burnt ... read more
This location is the best for quality and time. The food is always fresh and the customer service is amazing .
