I did order from mobile app when went to picked my order the lady work there told to me on speaker store closed I said what about my money she said refund your money when I tried to refund my money the serve bad and the customer servse sent email for me said we confirmed the store was open on this time try to connect with restaurant I went to restaurant the manager there told me I can't refund for you the money you should connect with customer service finally I lost my money bad bad restaurant
Arrived at time of opening hours . Told they could not open because their cooks did not come to work on time. They need to hire more reliable people or the business will suffer
We had an amazing experience today at Popeyes, all thanks to the new manager—Destiny it was her first day, and she already made a big difference! Every time I’ve come before, no one ever told me about the app or the receipt survey that lets you earn free food. She kindly explained both, and I truly appreciated that. Great place to eat if you want a good meal but absolutely abysmal service. Everybody has a nasty attitude and there hasn't been one time I haven't been pulled around to wait on food no matter if I ordered ahead of time or not.
