Online order pick up and they forgot my drink so I had to wait for that
So I go to this Popeye on Cedar and Shaw They do take forever for your order, but it is fresh and delicious but double check as well cause they do miss things a lot but the food is good. The girl in the front she is good too, but if she would just put a smile, I know it probably sucks behind that counter it does, but you’re at work and you gotta put your uniform face on. She would just smile. Be a little bit more delightful. Going in there other than that it’s good.
I don’t got to Popeyes often lately because of my age but today I had the best customer service. There was a young man with tattoos who was cooking then hopped over to help me place an online order. I felt bad bugging him since he cooking and attending to the drive thru. Once my order was up he saw me struggling using my walker and carrying the food. So he offered to walk the food out to my car , JUST WOW. Will definitely be back just for the customer service alone.
