It’s ALWAYS a horrible experience trying to get food from this location. The workers will let you sit at the speaker without saying anything or tell be standing outside not taking any orders. This is the closest location by my house and I always have issues with my order being placed or my food be wrong. They’ll have you sitting at the speaker for 5-10 mins just to come to the speaker and say “we’re only taking exact change” when that could’ve been said instead of having someone wait 10 mins for nothing. They don’t values dashers time make them wait for too long. They just mark the order ready in their system but don’t prepare it. They just serves the walk in customer’s even who arrives after the dasher and make dasher wait for long
Lobby got busy, manager stepped in to help with orders and made sure all staff was moving!
