I went through the drive-thru and got nothing but attitude. A person had to hear the order order six times before they could place it properly. Additionally, everything else was an upgrade. If you want a large drink with your combo, it's $0.70. if you want a different side than french fries, it's this much. It's obvious that this location needs some leadership and management skills. I experienced some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time at this Popeyes location. When we first pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, we couldn’t clearly understand what the employee said. I started to place our order thinking she was ready, but she immediately cut me off and raised her voice saying, “LIKE I SAID, could you please give me a few minutes.” The attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My one start is rooted in sadness not anger. The one star is for the chicken. The lack of 4 stars is for the staff at this location. We place an online order ahead of time for convenience. Convenience for them, AND me. We normally wait 30-45 minutes until after we place to order to pick up, and 9/10 times we have to wait an additional 15 min.
