The food has improved a lot, and I feel they have really made an effort to enhance their customer service—though they do occasionally forget items. A year ago, those Latina women provided better service; they were fantastic and always welcomed us with such warmth. It’s not quite the same now, but I hope it improves.
I walked in Popeyes today for lunch and I was greeted very politely and professionally by the cashier the store looks clean. Bathrooms looks awesome. What’s your name? Alexis is doing a really extraordinary job with the store
Food is hit or miss on quality. And 2 of the last 4 times, my order has been wrong. Didn't find out until after I got home. Im obsessed with the signature hot sauce and wish the quality would improve.
