Went there at 2:30 pm. Did not order via the app because the last time I did, I was charged for my "rewards" items - I caught them. So I stood AT the counter for 10 minutes. One older lady working the counter and 3 young women standing off to the side doing nothing while assuming that I couldn't understand what they were talking about. Ordered on app had no ice but got ice. That is minor when you add pickles they aren't afraid to add pickles, loved it!!
The lady at the counter was so sweet, let us try the fries, showed us the chicken, and helped us decide what to order since we had never been to a Popeye's before. She even gave us driving directions. The food was very good, too.
