I place an online order and go in and the dude is taking walk in orders and drive thru orders while I’m standing at the counter for 15 minutes before he finally ask me if I had a pick up order.. they don’t pay attention or look for online orders . It’s like this every time. Walk in ordering isn’t any better either. They are ridiculously slow and nobody speaks a lick of English . If you want to dine in , good luck finding a clean table or booth to enjoy your chicken. Ridiculous how bad customer service is.
Food took way too long to come out. The food was satisfactory at best. Probably will not return
