Placed an online order at roughly 7PM for 7:45PM....meaning that order would have had PLENTY of time to be cooked around 7:30ish right? Wrong. These guys fumbled so hard that they not only messed up my order, but 4 other peoples. Walking out of here at almost 8:30 with an order that should have been out 45 mins prior? Massive fail. Please do better.
This was my second time in this store. My first time was a bad experience but after a year I thought I might give it a second chance. Boy was that a mistake! I walked in to see the "lady" at the register arguing with a nice gentleman about his order. She told him it wasn't her problem! She helped another man at the register then just walked off. I saw a very special man in there working today and I want to applaud Popeyes for giving him that opportunity. It made my heart happy and smile. And their chicken is good so that helps!
