I placed an online order from work and proceeded to the location to pick it up only to find that it had not been started yet. Understandable if it was busy. But it was 11:30 am and nobody was in the lobby or drive thru. This is an order for 7 people so I understand it will take some time. Horrible customer service, rude and incompetent staff!! We ordered through the drive through. It was a disaster. We ordered with a female. Then she said hold on. At that time a male came on the to take our order. We ordered again for the third time. We ordered the 12 piece mix and match wings. The male asked where we had seen that! We replied “ on the menu?. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! Ordered online and got the complete wrong order. I ordered boneless wings with frys and a drink aswell as spicy tenders with frys and drinks We received bone in wings and regular tenders with no frys and no drink, They didn't even send the requested extra sauce that we paid for.
