First they lied about what they were out of. After they magically found what I had ordered they gave me burnt nasty food. When I tried to get my money back they said I had to go through the app because that’s where I ordered it. I still haven’t gotten my money back. The food was inedible. I’m shocked that a place with a crew this rude an dishonest. After dealing with this I refuse to go back to my location and spend my money on trash.
Edit: leaving a bad review again, they keep turning off delivery options whenever they feel like in the middle of the day. Management should hire more people if it’s that much of a hassle to deal with. Originally left a bad review but as of recent things have really seemed to improve! the foods good and I’ve been getting the right things!
If you want to wait an hour for your food this is the place to go. Ordered mine online and watched people come in after me and leave. A customer asked me why I was still waiting and I said I didn’t know. Employee claimed I never told him what name it was under. I had told him about three times. Oh, I’m still standing here waiting as I type this so over an hour by the way. Food’s good usually though. Edit: got my order wrong
