Great food! Terrible staff! Manyl times I've gone to this location. In fact, all my life. I once thought of the McComb location better than most others. Not anymore. Do you even have a staff that cares anymore? I live 10 miles away. Last evening I was making Popeyes my last stop before returning home from running errands for myself and elderly homebound parents. Update: April 4 2026- To the owner who responded to my first post, you seem to be trained to respond with false empathy but are you doing anything at all to change the problems at your business? I craved Popeyes tonight so decided to app order, hoping that I would not be directed at the drive thru to pull aside.
