Went thru the drive thru last night. The girl employee that was working acted as if I was bothering her. The chicken tasted as if it sat out all day long. I asked for all white meat and spicy. That didn't happen ahe just tossed whatever she felt like in the box. She was an absolute miserable person. I will not waste my hard earned money at the spot any longer

I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru at Popeyes. The cashier had a rude, dismissive attitude from the start and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. When we finally got our order, it was completely wrong—and to make things worse, the food was excessively burnt. It wasn’t even edible. Between the poor service and the quality of the food, it’s clear there’s a lack of care. If employees don’t want to be there, it shows—and customers shouldn’t have to deal with that kind of experience.

Wish I had read the reviews BEFORE Ordering! YES, IT'S NAD!!! Staff is friendly, but ALL the Food is COLD & Terrible. I live in volusia, was passing by & placed order, had to throw it away. (I usually go to the New Smyrna location off hwy 44, that's 5 Stars), this place is horrible!!

PULLED UP 15 MINS BEFORE CLOSED WAITED 5 MINS AT SPEAKER NO ON ANSWERED, I PULLED UP TO THE WINDOW AND THE MANAGER HAD FRSH BATCHES OF CHICKEN READY BY THE COUNTER AND SHE WALKED AROUND WIPING EVERY THING DOWN MULTIPLE TIMES AND PEAKING AT ME AT THE CORNER OF HER EYE WITHOUT EVER COMING TO SPEAK TO ME FOR 10 MINUTES!!
