Just had to leave the drive-through line because the person taking the order stopped mid order to yell at her coworker and call them all kinds of names, And proceeded to quit on the intercom right in the middle of the order. You could hear what seems like the manager to be yelling at her, Not cool felt really bad, Left without getting my food I’ve lived in New York City and even they have better service than the one in casselberry, you can tell they just hire anybody with no home training
Slowest slowest service. Waited at least 30 minutes for food, as did the other customers . Based off of other reviews, this is quite common for this location.
Drive thru order took 55 minutes. No urgency from staff.
Waited 55 mins for food. “Passed our order”. 7 cars serviced before us. Absolutely ridiculous! NEVER AGAIN!
