I use the app to order. I set a certain time because I assumed that it was going to take me awhile to get home from work. Made it to Popeyes early. I go inside and waiting for someone to acknowledge or say anything. Nothing....everyone is just glancing then going back to what they're doing. 8/19 at 4:12 PM CST I visited your location today and was disappointed with both the food and service. My fries were served cold, and when I asked for ranch, I was told it could not be rung up because of cars behind me. I have worked as a cashier before, and I have never heard of that policy. When this store first opened, it was run very professionally, and my food was always fresh with good customer service. Unfortunately, the experience I had today did not reflect that same standard. Leave it up to the 3.7 rated Popeyes to leave out a whole piece of chicken from my 3pc combo lol. This was my first experience at this location.
