We ordered delivery, waited for 1.5 hours. We drove from Chicago for 10 hours, got tired, hungry, waited for the order, sat down at the table in anticipation of a glorious dinner, but it turned out that it wasn’t there! We opened it, but there is not a single sauce or even a small pack of ketchup in the order! And the whole lunch was ruined! I attached a resid so that the manager could see who his employee is such a handy worker!!!!
Service was awful. Haven't found many Popeyes with great service. Food is always good.
It’s 11:07 and the website says there opened till 12am waited at the drive through for 10 minutes before having to ask an employee taking the trash out if they were opened they said they were closed… how are you closed an hour before your actually supposed to be. Maybe do your job or don’t have one.
