1 star. Over the past several months, this Popeyes on Luke Air Force Base has seriously gone downhill in my opinion. Every time I order food, it seems like nothing is ready. Almost every visit I hear, “Do you mind waiting 4 minutes?” or “Do you mind waiting 8 minutes?” If customers are ordering directly from the menu, the food should generally be available without constant delays. Love the people and the food
Showed up at their opening time 10am & was told to wait at least another 15-20 min before they would be ready. Opening time seems more like a suggestion. This place has seen better days. Very disappointed.
