Food is usually not fresh at all and under the heater for extended period of time and when you do ask for the food to be fresh they rush it and it's not cook all the way. Customer service is always horrible and no one including the manager wants to hear what you have to say. I have tried over and over with trying to give chances but I refuse anymore . I'm better off going to Altamonte location or lee road ! Food is always cook the right and fresh at those locations !
The food is good, but the service and timing is not good. It takes so long just to order in the drive through lane. On several occasions i ordered dark meat only to get home seeing the opposite. The restaurant also is short on supplies. They ran out of sauces and seemed grossly unprepared to serve customers.
