I work at the hospital nearby and got off late tonight (Thursday, around 11:55 PM). Needed something fast that was actually still open. Ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches, a large fries, mashed potatoes with gravy on the side, and two mild chicken legs. Good chicken
There is not one employee at this store that knows the difference between a thigh and a breast!!! Everytime I go here and pay the up-charges for more breasts and all white mild chicken it is screwed up. We just bought an 8 piece box and paid up charges of $1.79 X 4 for 6 breasts and 2 wings. When we got home, it was six nasty thighs and 2 wings! How can you have such untrained employees?!? They don’t even time stamp the chicken so you don’t really know how long it’s been sitting there! Dining room was closed and the line for the Drive-Thru was too long, we did not eat there. Went back today to try it again this time they got the order wrong! Today we ordered a large three-piece (two sides), got a regular combo with a separate side instead! Also ordered leg thigh breast got leg thigh wing instead!
