Very ghetto and unprofessional. They’d rather lose a profit vs honoring the survey code on the back of the receipt. The receipt doesn’t have any stipulations on when you can order. She had her own rules for it. I ordered more than just a large drink (ordered a wrap) and told them never mind cause the manager wants to trip over two pieces of chicken. Loss of money. I know my local Popeyes will do it without issue.
I walked inside to order my food and it was mediocre. The issue I have is why is there a big spot of mold on the ceiling in the dining area? Also the establishment was extremely hot the employees were literally sweating. Maybe fixing the AC will help with the mold problem. I myself would prefer having food that employees did not sweat over.
