I don’t know how you can get food wrong at a place like this. Twice I’ve been and twice it’s been wrong. And it wasn’t like it was busy as hell. When I ordered there was no one in front of me. Had to wait over 10 minutes for the order to realise it was missing an item then realise one of them was wrong. And the chicken tenders were only slightly warm. Luckily I won’t be in the area again and my experience at other popeyes has been better. How popeyes doesn’t do gravy is beyond me but that’s a conversation for another day.
Menu didn’t match kiosk ordering. Employee was rude when I asked about the difference. “Just use the kiosk, they won’t match” response. Not helpful, went elsewhere with my $.
Dropped by this location after an event and was disappointed to see that they ran out of chicken and sides. The only thing left that they were selling was biscuits and drinks. This incident ruined it for me and my son who loves their chicken. Will never consider this Popeyes location ever again.
Only 2 people working and woman at counter at times rude to people. They were out of mac and cheese and wings.
Das Lokal befindet sich in der Food Hall, des Excalibur Hotels, entsprechend ist die Atmosphäre. Das Essen ist halt Fast Food und sehr stark gewürzt. M.E. zu viel Salz. Die Portionen sind riesig.
