Bad customer service from the woman that served me tonight , rude , abrupt and generally didnt give a damn she even threw the change on the counter and it rolled on the floor lol thats your tip honey oh and when i got to my hotel room i saw she had given me the wrong order gee she really wanted to teach me a lesson
You need more workers, better system and not stoned workers. Prices are too high for this disaster.
Staff is absolutely rude, not greetings, no thanks, I wasted around 4 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me EVEN WHEN was no other client at the store besides me; then front the back someone yelled " use the kiosko" , well I used and wait another 4 minutes for just one order of sweet tea , I asked him vey politely for a lot ice, and he even care, when I ask him again for more ice , he just stayed " I put enough ice" and I asked him if he could please give a cup of ice, he said " NO" .
