Noone was at the counter, forced to use the self checkout. No one was in back. The place was empty. After placing my order it took 3 minutes for someone to come up and then my food was Luke warm at best. When I asked for a bag he pointed to the counter and said there they are. I've never had Popeyes before and I will never have it going forward just due to this one experience.
I had a sentiment for the spicy sandwich. I am now cured.

I don’t know how you can get food wrong at a place like this. Twice I’ve been and twice it’s been wrong. And it wasn’t like it was busy as hell. When I ordered there was no one in front of me. Had to wait over 10 minutes for the order to realise it was missing an item then realise one of them was wrong. And the chicken tenders were only slightly warm. Luckily I won’t be in the area again and my experience at other popeyes has been better. How popeyes doesn’t do gravy is beyond me but that’s a conversation for another day.
Menu didn’t match kiosk ordering. Employee was rude when I asked about the difference. “Just use the kiosk, they won’t match” response. Not helpful, went elsewhere with my $.
