"I'd rate Popeyes in Gainesville 1/5 stars. My visit was marred by a filthy dining area, complete with trash scattered about. Staff seemed utterly disrespectful, offering no apology or assistance. My order was incorrect, and when I returned to address the issue, the employee's response was dismissive and unhelpful, essentially telling me "I gave you what you got because the spicy chicken wait is just 5 minutes." Ordered 12 pcs bundle got 10 pcs and half was burnt. I knew better but I wanted some Popeyes. Damn shame that anyone would serve that.
I pulled up to the speaker 2 minutes before closing just asking for 2 pies the lady took my order than stopped talking after I placed my order when I pulled up the employee told me they were closed very unprofessional establishment poor service
