New employee made some mistakes. That's understandable. Cold food is not. Ordered a ghost pepper sandwich. Had a cold bun and not even warm chicken. Fries were lukewarm. Pretty disappointed being that we were the only ones in the drive thru.
Chicken was fresh, hot and delicious on our last order May 1 2026. Please keep this up if possible. Under good management.
Store # 12483 does a fantastic job and always exceeds in going above and beyond and the manager Lorena does an amazing job and so does her kitchen staff and I look forward to coming back.
The Gum-Gum Lemonade was cold & refreshing. The employee at the drive thru was very nice & friendly. I would consider this popeyes 10/10
