I asked for a meal and the guy forgot the soda, didn't charge for it. As a courtesy the guy said he would give it to me without a charge. An employee told the staff member not to give me the drink, and I found out the guy that offered the drink was a manager! The crew member was just a very rude jerk, and no customer service skills to boot! Do yourselves a favor; stop at 69th and Western.
