This was the best chicken we have gotten from there since we have been going. The ladies gave us fresh chicken.
Mac cheese is dry and burn .
Sometimes I get good service and sometimes I do not . Most of the time my chicken do not be fresh , you can tell when they fry it again . My chicken comes burnt almost sometimes and dry . The toilet smell when you walk in is also horrible. My family are not big wing and breast fans and sometimes it’s nice to know the employees will cater to that , but sometimes it’s an issue almost . Some days they will do it some days they won’t.
This is by far THE WORST Popeyes I have ever experienced! It doesn’t matter what year or day I go, the service is ALWAYS trash!! The employees are beyond rude and lazy! They never have any food. You have to wait 12 mins for food or it’s always, we don’t have enough or we’re out of chicken. Please retrain your staff. I truly don’t even understand how you all were able to afford a remodel with the staff you all have hired over the years. These young kids are extremely rude!
worker screaming at customer for about 10 minutes instead of taking my order. gave me the wrong order, and waited another 20 minutes for food i ordered online
