The evening shift manager here is awful at customer service. She has no respect or care for her customers in the slightest. She is rude every time I visit this location and never once have I seen her smile or say have a good day. It’s like every time you ask for something you’re inconveniencing her when it’s really just her job. She was not made for customer service let alone to be a manager.
Had to wait a long time then everything is cold except strips. I understand issues and having to wait sometimes. Why is everything cold. If i would have been told 25 min wait i would have chosen something else. The guy bring out food was a nice person. This visit was ridiculous. Food quality is terrible
Not sure what the point of fast food is if you make everyone pull off to a parking spot. You sell chicken not seafood and not a variety of meats. I will not come here again. Wait times are always ridiculous. Just to not clog up your drive through you have them direct us to park. No different than McDonald’s. At least their food is cheaper.
