The people that work at this popeye's are the greatest.So I believe tom's are hard. Maybe they should get a little raise. Make them feel a little better every day. Keep them working at your business and doing a good job like they always do. Have a nice day.
Had an online order and apparently the workers don’t check order numbers for people picking up because we went to go pick my online order up and it saying it was picked up already. Can’t get a refund because it was picked up (even though it was given to the wrong person) so I can’t trust this location with online orders at all and I’m out $30
This location normally have Quality Food,,they fell off Big Tyme very dissappinted
Ordered on app, app gave notification that order was ready, got to restaurant, stood at the counter with an employee walking around like nothings happening, finally got help, got home, completely wrong order. Man, customer service just ain't what it used to be. I hope things get better, this was one of our favorite Popeyes locations...
