This used to be my stop every time I flew through LAS. The food used to be consistently great, well-portioned, fresh, and reasonably priced compared to other spots in the airport. That is no longer the case here. The staff are obnoxiously rude now, ignoring customers, eating their own food behind the counter while they “serve” customers. Their menu is confusing, and when you ask to clarify if drinks are included with combos, they say yes, only to charge you an additional $5.49 for a drink. That’s deceptive marketing. Love Popeyes, but ignore the “drinks included” on the TV menu; the handwritten sign that says they’re not included takes precedent.
Its so good I stop there even when im getting off the plane. Good service everytime. Chicken sandwich with bacon and coleslaw is on point everytime! Kind of shocking really.
Really was a fan of this location previously, the tenders were a favorite and their chicken sandwiches every time I traveled through LAS airport I would grab a bite here. I’m a diabetic so just get the chicken and get without buns or just go with the tenders. The airport prices are expected to be higher, but I’d pay $12-13 for my food and ok with that.
