Staff rude. Didn’t see me in line, served the person behind me then wouldn’t serve me until I walked around to enter the line again despite standing right in front of me
The chicken is old and dry, the employee picked up the chicken with the same pair of tongs as the fries and biscuits, which is cross contamination. The staff desperately needs to revisit their customer service training module. The attitudes here are absolutely unacceptable and awful. Each time I visit there always someone behind the counter who has a disgusting attitude and conducts themselves as if they don’t want to be there.
