The chicken is old and dry, the employee picked up the chicken with the same pair of tongs as the fries and biscuits, which is cross contamination. The staff desperately needs to revisit their customer service training module. The attitudes here are absolutely unacceptable and awful. Double charged me for a chicken tender combo meal. I was told that my first tap didn't go through but still have 2 charges on my credit card statement. Unable to reach by phone.
