Came back to try it again, your seasoning is in your crust not in your chicken. You must have been short on white meat because I got 2 legs and 2 thighs instead of a breast,wing,leg thigh. Employees are not attentive to orders. I won't be coming back to Popeyes anymore I'm going to your competition.
Got the 4 pc chicken wing meal. The lady failed to tell me fresh chicken was coming out in 5 minutes, which is what I saw while I was eating my average chicken. Then, when I asked for a refill on my drink she said I would have to be charged for another drink. What place does that? If I order food and drink and sit down at your establishment, you should get a refill. No hospitality, no personality. I thought that’s what the south was about
Employee doesn't wear gloves, used same utensil to pack up chicken and the biscuits, that's unsanitary. Food was old and dry!!
This location is a better one compared to the ones outside the airport. Friendly service that's fast. All options I wanted were available. Nothing that had been sitting under a heat lamp for too long.
