Absolutely amazing, it was our first time at Popeyes and we were nervous bc we didn't wanna waste our money, but Popeyes has Absolutely proven me wrong, the best food ever, first we walked in I was amazed with the smell, then the man taking our order (russ) was so kind and helped us try everything, the mac, the chicken, taters both mashed potatoes and French fries, sandwiches, sauces litteraly everything, and not only was russ incredible so we're the staff in the kitchen, so kind and welcomed us to Muskegon. All I have to say is wow. This place is getting worse every time I come here. Did an online order to try and make it easier but nope! The attendant gave me someone else’s food because she couldn’t understand the name Marc. I am sure they still gave it to the person after it was in my car and they walked away. Good thing I didn’t do anything to it. Then I didn’t get my ranch so I went back in and the counter attendant just gave me dirty looks when I asked for some didn’t even say oh sorry. Silence.
