I’ve noticed this location constantly cycles through managers, and after my last two visits, I see exactly why. The management here is unprofessional and oddly judgmental. I recently witnessed a manager get into a heated argument with a customer who was simply trying to buy a meal for a homeless person. The manager actually butted in to give his "opinion" on why the customer shouldn't do it and eventually tried to refuse service altogether. Ordered a flounder fish sandwich at drive thru, told to park and wait out front, brought me my order and realized when I got home it was a chicken sandwich. How difficult is it to read?
I ordered 10 legs on the app. The app ASKED me how many legs I want, so I customized it to be 10. Yet this store only gave me 5 legs and said, "sorry we don't know why the app allows that, but we can't do all leg." The following question is to Popeyes Corporate and not the franchise owner of this location: Why is the franchisee of this location not following the standard of the Popseye app and allowing customization of a customer's order?
I make the mistake of coming here every so often, thinking they’ve gotten better. Seriously, how on Earth does it take 45 minutes to move a handful of cars through the drive through? The employees are just lazy and it’s obvious they don’t care. I placed an online order and after seeing the line, tried to pick it up inside but the employees just waved and said “drive through.” So of course once again my food is luke warm by the time I receive it.
