I came to visit Popeyes on hwy 80 today. I was greeted soon as I came in to a clean restaurant. I loved the customer service and my food was fresh and hot. I WISH THEY ALL WAS LIKE THIS.
Whitney was the first employee my friend, Shannon, and myself saw when we entered Popeyes. She was not only friendly but good at her job. She told us about the specials when we looked clueless and hooked us up! We we're so glad we changed our mind about the Oriental. This will be one of our new favorite spots..
Terrible food, missing food,wrong drinks, phone is off the hook, doors are locked and horrible service. Been a year since I last ate here and now I remember why. Tasted like my food was rubbed on the floor.
They forgot part of my order, so I went back politely to ask about it. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told the item wasn’t available. When I reasonably asked why I wasn’t told that when I first ordered, the staff escalated the situation unnecessarily.
