They forgot part of my order, so I went back politely to ask about it. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told the item wasn’t available. When I reasonably asked why I wasn’t told that when I first ordered, the staff escalated the situation unnecessarily. Shockingly, they called the police and trespassed me from the property—over their own mistake. Even the responding officer acknowledged that the employee had blown the situation out of proportion. I ordered this tonight, and they took $50 from me and cancelled my order and never gave me my money back. i don't recommend this place at all i wanted to give them one more try after what happened last time... ordered here, and they gave me a whole different order, and not right food at all. i dont know what else to do now that was my last $50. DONT GO HERE.
Shrimp was over cooked, macaroni was dry, worst customer service ever in Longview,long wait for order,place was nasty whenever I went inside..
i decided to stop by for a quick lunch. the two ladies working this afternoon were very friendly and kind. and the food was fresh and tasted absolutely amazing. thank you for reminding me why i love popeyes
