The food was good. The girl working the drive-thru window wasn't very friendly and when I was given the wrong order they tried to ignore me until another team member came to assist and was much more friendly and made my order right.
This place is very inconsistent. Two times I’ve ordered here. I had to wait over 20 minutes for spicy chicken. I don’t understand why they don’t have it ready or make some when they notice that the chicken is running low. I now have to wait 20 minutes for a spicy chicken while the rest of my food is sitting on the counter getting cold and soggy. Please work on management at this location.
Workers were very rude was annoyed that we asked questions about the menu talked rudely about us we could hear through the drive through speaker put another person on who was angry at that point we just canceled our order it's sad we literally live right down the road and shop at hannaford frequently and would probably hit your establishment up a lot $$ oh well kfc it is two thumbs down and I'll will tell everyone about it this horrible experience
My husband and I went inside to eat today. We had a very nice experience. Although they seemed busy with the drive through, we were greeted relatively quickly and we're able to order. One worker quickly made our mango frozen lemonades (definitely recommend), while the other worker behind the counter asked for my receipt to make sure she wasn't missing anything.
